Compared to my other bank app and another I've used this one sucks. I set up to use a pass code to get in instead of doing my password everytime. Once I get in I click on my account then I'm prompted to enter my password. It even does that with the fingerprint thing. What's the point of setting those up when I still have to enter my password. I hate the color scheme, all withdrawals are in red. Red show be for negative only. I hate how it doesn't show the previous balance before a transaction.

This app is garbage. It used to work great, and about a year ago, they created a new app, this current version. It makes you enroll your phone in mobile banking about every two or three weeks. You save your information and set up fingerprints, and then about three weeks later, it makes you manually put in your ID and password, and re-enroll in mobile banking. I called for support and they said they didn't see any problems on their end. I've been a customer since 2006. I'm closing my account.

OK I reinstalled the app and it worked for 1 day. It is back to not working. Says I need to authenticate with every single login and clears all my information and I have to enter my username, enter my password, wait for a text message, enter the text code in the app, re-register my phone number even though they literally had just texted it, skip the prompt for additional app features, then I can finally see my balance. What a NIGHTMARE.
