This app was an absolute dumpster fire since day 1. Biometric logins have been inconsistent at best. I was completely locked out of my account for over 6 months at one point. Centennial took over & there's been a mass exodus from this bank, and for good reason. Good, trained employees left. I get hit with charges when I can't even see my account balance. It's insane. They can't give acct balance but don't hesitate to charge fees. Abandon ship and do it now. I'm closing my account after decades.

Even though I select "fingerprint" login inside the app, it still kicks me off and makes me enter my username and password every time I try to log in with a pop-up of "Error: authentication required". It's done this for months and I'm getting sick of it. Then, half the time it also requires me to enter my challenge answers, which I honestly don't remember the answers to.

App seldom works and always logs me out randomly so instead of being able to quickly check my account, I'm stuck logging back in with my ridiculously long password and user name UPDATE: Works fine now almost all the time. Don't know what the issue was, as I didn't notice any updates and never uninstalled/reinstalled it. Used to be ok, but it won't let me log in at all now.
