Ratings and reviews

A few times I had to delete the app and reinstall just to log in. Also, it doesn't give you the option to make transfers on the app, you have to log in through the website, which is kind of aggravting.

We had to be the last financial institution on the planet to go Mobile. The app is very neolithic. Although, the money transfer from acct to acct is instantaneous.

I have used this app for a long time and it always worked well. I got a new phone and downloaded it and I can't ever get it to load and come up. All I get is a blank screen.
