Regardless if I'm using an Android or an Apple device. It doesn't matter if the phone is a year or a day old. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it, sometimes even two to three times a week. When trying to sign off it constantly says try again system error, or network busy. It'll freeze on that message until you uninstall the app and have to reinstall it. When this at first came out at work wonderfully. It started these issues over a year ago.

Ever since they did the update this past weekend my wife and I cannot log into the app or even the website now!!!!! We have tried it on the phones, table, and the computer, I would really like access to my accounts!!!

problems right from the start, couldn't deposit a check even. Bank of America no problems
