I have so many issues with the app. The sign-in never actually saves My username and password anymore. It always shows an error, and I have the most up-to-date update. The functions inside to transfer or deposit checks work just fine. I just have a hell of a time signing in each time. Edit: It took them a long time to release an updated version that actually works, and has a decent set up. It finally saves my sign-in!

The application has an error that makes me reenter my phone number everytime I use the application it is very annoying!!! I literally have to re-download the app and then login again!! What is the problem with this app? How come it's still like this months later? I was told that it was being updated and that was the problem! That was months ago still the same! Would be a good app if it worked properly! COME ON I.T. DEPT. LETS GO!!!

I used to be able to use the Passcode option. Since upgrading to their newer app, passcode always says it's temporarily unavailable. So every single time I use the app, I have to type my full password. On top of that, every time I log-in, I have to verify my device and wait for a security code, even if I just signed out. Using the app is fine, but it's a huge hassle to get logged-in.
