"Data network is busy or unavailable." For 2 days now, they say I'm the only person having this problem, but someone else posted same issue today! Please call and complain if you have the issue. 99.99% sure not an issue on my end. I've been using app for years A unreliable app. Very surprising that they have not made it more user friendly. Remote deposit function doesn't allow flash or easy capture. Not related, but endorsement requirement it's ridiculous with ford/northern trust. App sub par!

It's basically useless because you have to go to the web for most anything anyhow so what's the point of a mobile app. I can't even initiate an external transfer from the app. Login credentials don't get saved and when I forcibly put that into my password management manually in Android It works but I can't hit the continue button until I manually type something into the password field.

I have the Ford interest advantage app but it keeps telling me to enroll my phone and then it tells me that my phone is already in use but don't allow me to log in. What's going on??? Its very frustrating for this app supposed to make accessible and incomplicated but it works the opposite it's impossible.

This update is to have the READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO permissions removed to comply with Google's updated policy requirements for Ford Interest Advantage app.
