it's 2025, this app looks and feels very old, as though it's never updated. i want to be able to see transactions for more than 60 days, i want to see the account details such as interest rate. this app only does 2 things: shows a balance and across mobile deposits. it's even worse that the website is not mobile friendly at all, click account details and you can't view half the details that pop up.

May 19 2025 review: I use the mobile app and I get an "incompatible version" error, and when I hit update, the app store says I'm up to date. great... I can't access my bank. ps: still all old issues too Feb 2021 review: I have been asking for multiple years now via email and survey, but they still haven't added support for International traveling (I need to use a VPN) and also still don't allow transfers to "external" banks outside Vio bank using the app. You need to use the website to do it.

The app is super limited. I love the returns on the balance, but this app is sad lol. Allow transfer via app, allow account updates via app, now I have to go thru a rigmarole just to change my phone number. Oh and because of that, I can't login to my computer account. Bit annoying. If they make is user friendly, I'd give more stars. Again, app sucks, but bank itself, I can't complain about my interest
