Mobile deposits are inconsistent. The image capture of the front of the check works 90% of the time on the 1st try The image capture of the back side works ~%5 of the time if at all. The image is in focus for a split second and then it is blurry. My phone works as normal in every other case - general use, other banks, etc. I have reset the camera, uninstalled and reinstalled the Bremer Business App.

Works, but needs improvement. They've got fingerprint login which lets you get in and view your balance/transactions, but if you try to do anything useful like deposit a check, they log you back out and force you to sign in with a complex password that is impossible to remember, so you get locked out and have to use website to reset your password to a new one which you will also never remember, and then you have to enter a sms confirmation code on the same device you are using. Big time waster.

Terrible app. I had to call in twice to find the steps to make a simple deposit. Steps not clearly defined. Help button doesn't know where task menu is. I regularly use apps from other banks that are much easier to use. Two years later and still the worst app I have to work with. Could not get app to work today. Bremer support could not resolve issue. Mailed deposits to them. Time to find a new bank.
