It's OK. Michael is very helpful. Nice people here. App glitches often, making me have to reset the sign-on info, so as to go on, using biometrics. If left open, and it times out, even a few seconds over, and u close it, it will keep resetting, and have to be reset again. Also when depositing checks, I only have 2 choices of accounts, that are good to deposit into. The other 2 are "dead", yet still on there. I don't want to accidentally deposit a check to a "dead" account. Will call on this

Worst banking app EVER. Won't save login information, and won't save fingerprints... it's bad enough that I have to have 3 pieces of information just to access my business account but to have to keep re-entering every few days is beyond frustrating. I'm running a business I don't have time for this. Will be looking for another bank for this, and several other reasons, immediately.

Terrible experience! I was forced from fidelity where the app was very user-friendly and this one is not! Everytime I sign in it asks for my customer number after my user ID and password, who wants to do that EVERY SINGLE TIME! I couldn't just download the app at home and use it, I HAD to go sit in the bank for an hour to get everything to work. My family downloaded the personal app and it isn't recognizing their info & now they have to go to the bank to set it up, HORRIBLE! Looking 4 new bank!
