Its a bloatware. If you are using xiaomi device and it has become slow, its because of a bloatware. You might have an appvault app that consumes all the memory. You wont be able to delete it. You can disable it. Use this adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.mi.android.globalminusscreen

No need this type of app. It is a pointless app. An app that does nothing for me.It is not helpful. I want it out of my phone. But there is no way to uninstall it ! I dislike preinstalled apps,whiich comes with phone system security updates on every time. Stop putting unnecessary parts into phone updates, it makes the update longer and loss users many more time. I want to completely uninstall it ! So, my recommendations is disabled the app please.

It would be great to disable or totally uninstall this app, since it's totally useless. EDIT: the developer's response is not accurate: the process they suggested only removes the app from home screen and/or app drawer. What many users are asking for is a way to permanently disable or completely uninstall pre-loaded apps like this one. I really like Xiaomi phones, but I'm disappointed with their MIUI app management.
