About this app
This app is for you who want to develop your own inner leadership. You who want to find your "herd" and like-minded people where inner growth, expansion, spirituality and more love for life are the focus. You who want to become more aware of your own health, parenting, working life, relationships, etc. The app contains 100s of hours of media, tools, advice and live events.

Micke Gunnarsson is known as a loving irritant. He does this through his meetings and lectures around the country. He writes books, podcasts and inspires in a variety of ways. In 2024, he decided to get out of the squirrel wheel and basically donated everything he owned and moved out into nature in a community and collective. Here he came into contact with greater peace, cultivation, animals, rich cultural life and great love. He has a background with one foot in the children's world via preschool, school, cultural school, supportive family, young entrepreneurship and in the role of father of three. The other leg he has rooted in inner leadership, meditation, spirituality, mental training and wonder.
From having himself been on sick leave due to exhaustion, seeking success through external means and numbing himself with alcohol, among other things, he has been sober for 17 years, worked on himself deeply and today wants to give back to all those who are curious about expansion.
Has been active on social media for over 13 years but now chose instead to create his own platform for anyone who wants, completely free. He felt that social media stole too much of his real life time and true priorities of what created true meaning. How he felt that most things were always about money in the end and that we even got to a point where we capitalize on our children and their health just to "earn more". This is not sustainable.
