it have been great but I have recently been unable to transfer money, it's saying 'can't resolve account at the moment' please fix this

this app really sucks, can't get registered simply saying server can't be reached imagine if it is a transaction,so bad, anyway glad it's failing better than to be registered and then get frustrated for failing to reach server. rubbish!!!!

I downloaded the app because one of the requirements to join a 'free' tech program was to open an account with this bank, and fund with 1k to show your seriousness. 2 days after opening the account, I received a debit alert of 1k, with the summary of transaction saying 'React HQ tech program.' A program they advertised as free. The app is somewhat lovely tbh, but the fact they could deduct money from the account without my permission, or even a debit card just shows how in-control they are.
