Literally everyone in your call center is fooling me tht soon my problem will be resolved but nothing is happening. Twice they rescheduled callback from their seniors today, but noone has called me back. I am literally frustrated with this kind of service & I am planning to shut down your Services shortly & move on to some new good service provider. This experience is horrible.

Please add direct easy load option through bank. Because distributor not easy done properly. Customers waiting. Customer said please chenge network. Last 3 days below 200 rs easy balance in my trade app. Distributer says please wait 5 mins 5 mins for 3 days. Yesterday only easy done.
