Used to work excellently till a year or so ago. Now, 🤨😡 the details can't be updated for several months at a time. This is a BIG PROBLEM, as it is not always possible to go to the branch every time, and they are often short of staff, and *refuse to update the passbook* .. The proper working of the app and digital method is VERY NECESSARY.

The latest transactions history is missing, when I try to reload it, it simply shows the error as not able to connect to the bank servers no matter how many times I try to reload. Worst experience ever. Please try to fix this issue asap. The app is getting worse and worse day by day. And the bank refuses to print the transaction history on traditional passbook. Please atleast make the app workable....is it just for show.

The worst banking app I have ever seen. 90% time, login doesn't work. It says internet issue or try again letter or request timed out. Funny part is the FAQs only say that if login doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the app. I will request the bank to hire some IT guys a build a digital experience team. So many issues on a simple passbook app. You visit the branch, there the passbook printing machine doesn't work and here the app also doesn't work. Stop doing business then.
