The INSIGHT INTO THE BILL mobile application is intended for customers on guaranteed supply, households and small customers, for electronic download and payment of bills for consumed electricity.

INSIGHT INTO THE ACCOUNT is a new, modern, efficient and secure electronic service that allows registered users quick and easy access to the e-invoice immediately after the formation of the monthly charge, before printing and distribution by regular mail.
Additional functions of the mobile application include insight into the archive of bills and payments from the previous three years, a detailed overview of consumption by zones and tariffs, submission of complaints and access to sent notifications.

With the mobile application, safe and fast electronic payment of bills is available without going to the branch offices of payment institutions. Bills can be paid with the IPS Scaniraj instant payment system and Dina, Visa and MasterCard payment cards.

Users of the application can access the review and electronic payment of bills for several measuring points in different regional areas of the Republic of Serbia through one account.

The EPS Mobile app has a significant drawback: it lacks support for languages other than Serbian and English, which makes it inaccessible for minority speakers. Additionally, the app does not provide an option to report electricity meter readings, which is a critical feature for users managing their utility accounts. For this functionality, users must rely on other platforms or methods, which is inconvenient and limits the app’s usefulness.

After trying to register, I've got my registration code, but code confirmation code is gone due to some glitch. Now I can't register again and can't finish registration.
