The Samba Smart App is by far one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. It is extremely slow, constantly crashes, and the interface feels outdated and poorly designed. Logging in is a struggle every single time, and even basic tasks like checking balance or viewing transactions take forever to load. On top of that, the app is full of bugs. Samba needs to completely rebuild this app if they want to call it “smart.” Right now, it’s the opposite.

After account open it was my worst 👎 experience in my life, application IBFT block even my salary was received. After that they said visit branch why?? after that too many discussion they said please send document along with, welcome letter, cheque book page with signature, national ID PHOTO and then open my IBFT.. After that when I try to add beneficiary the option is off means what kind of joke this bank sambaa i don't understand..

The basic things aren't working, Not even sending the OTAC code to the email and having to contact support for it, like why the hell can't it work normally like other banks? No wonder no one knows about your bank and those who do have nothing good to say about you ...
