good services, reasonable pricing, book for two scooter got inaccurate system order on pricing but got refunded by customer chat service on whatsapp. Very fast, politely customer services. i will use this services and keep supporting TRYKE guys.

Why the price of the Bicycle has been changed!!? I'm really disappointed at this service, it was really helpful for price being 3Rm for the first hour and it was just as helpful when it was 2Rm for the first hour, it made me want to use the bicycle instead of just simply book a Grab Car and most of my places I go the price somehow similar to ordering a Car. Now I really don't think I would ever use your service for the rediclus price I enjoyed it but now I have to delete the App.

So everything has worked amazingly well, the bikes/scooters are pretty good. I was using pay as you go, now I can't use the service because it says I have 1.35 ringgit outstanding. And the only way to settle it is by using the "wallet" and topping up a minimum of $20 but not by card as I was using pay-as-you-go. A way to forcing you to commit to the service? Edit: they're adding option to pay outstanding balance with card, settled the amount pending with them! Best support in the industry!
