Makes me want to rip my hair out daily!! I am forced to use this program at work and it is awful!! Nothing is seamless. Id be willing to bet the company does not use it's own product, cause there is no way they would leave so many user annoyances. Pull down menus open in such a way you can't even see them. Search is ridiculous, from options to results. It has way too many options for searching and yet not the most obvious one needed...KEYWORD!! Many more reasons than this!!! Run away!!!!!

I was looking for something where I can have a customer database, work order capabilities and got a system that will also send to our technicians phones. So I found just what I was looking for. Having Julie as my sales rep and trainer is a bonus. Julie is patient and listens to what I need and that made the setup easier. Also a very user-friendly app.

This platform has given the Biomed team I work with the ability to not only have accurate schedule tracking, but also assest management capabilities as well.
