Ratings and reviews

Sometimes very slow updating. Loses signal. Doesn't refresh quickly. Would love to see it track a stop longer than 10 minutes. This would help me to see all the places the truck sits. Not just when the key is off. This device is far better than nothing at all and a reasonable price.

Great customer service. The only minor thing that I've noticed is it seems there are occasional dead zones and it sometimes does not register short trips in these zones. Not a big deal though. Overall, the service is great and they are very friendly.

So far it's been very useful very accurate I had a little trouble setting it up but there was just cuz I'm not very tech savvy and misunderstood what it was telling me but pretty cool that you can track your location in coordinates of your assets location and real-time tracking so if it's lost somewhere and you can walk around and find or drive around and fine it's been an awesome after use it's very useful is throwing diagnostic codes I wasn't aware of and I can take care of immediately now
