Available balance noted is not always accurate. I've had a negative balance more than once due to misinformation given. Debits aren't shown as card is used. Pending purchases are not provided. Text message customer support is pointless. The only response given always directs you to contact bank mon-fri/sat during business hours. Very frustrating.

This app is horrible. As soon as u download it and set it up, you can access it but after maybe two or three times you can't get back in the app. I keep having to delete the app and re download again in order to access it. Its ridiculous. But once I finally get into the app its pretty easy to navigate.

Customer service rep who helped sety phone app up at Bank of Stockton was and is awesome. Ezekiel I. Ibarra at the miner street branch went above and beyond so as to help me get aqainted with the app but also show me how to use it as well. Everyone at this branch is phenomenal and very knowledgeable as well as professional. If asked how they can improve??? Perfection can't get any more perfect. I'm not only proud to be able to bank with the bank of Stockton, but I'm honored as well.
