Available balance noted is not always accurate. I've had a negative balance more than once due to misinformation given. Debits aren't shown as card is used. Pending purchases are not provided. Text message customer support is pointless. The only response given always directs you to contact bank mon-fri/sat during business hours. Very frustrating.

This app is horrible. As soon as u download it and set it up, you can access it but after maybe two or three times you can't get back in the app. I keep having to delete the app and re download again in order to access it. Its ridiculous. But once I finally get into the app its pretty easy to navigate.

The app is no help , it was my first time using this bank and I used this app for direct deposit and I try to take a picture and it said it didn't go through and have to go in person, and now I'm no longer in the bank because they said I made double payments, my advice to you , don't use the picture for your check , go in person to direct it from there because it was upsetting and fusterating , and also u have to constantly call them to unable to block to just to see your balance not worth it.
