Have used this app for years and never had a problem UNTIL this last week. Shopping last week, had to ring customer service, they checked me out. Payment didnt go out of bank, had to ring again ans transferred money to them and lost out on points. Had the same problem this week, had to ring to checkout, sort it out morrisons or will end up going somewhere else!!!!!

This the one that works, a few years ago I had a lot of problems with the on line ordering system and ended up calling customer service. I was advised to install the ,"white" app. All the issues disappeared. I see the "green" app is still available and it is still awful.

I have used the Morrisons app successfully for well over a year. Now it has suddenly stopped working and despite me ringing Morrisons customer service three different technicians are unable to solve the problem. They said they are trying to migrate two systems into one but they are having no problems with it. Well I can't do my weekly order with them because the app won't open now so to me that is a big problem.
