Ratings and reviews

Concept is great, execution not so much. Took multiple tries to get locks to open after starting the rentals. Main issue was opening locks after returning (one wouldn't open after trying for 20min) and taking a picture to end the rentals kicked it back to the main screen. Seems like if the app can't find the lock to confirm it's locked, there's no way to end.

Hard to make a bike ride a lousy experience, but this app does just that. Slow connection, does not recognize the bikes so you can't access a third of the bikes. Takes forever to recognize the bikes has been returned. The bikes were in poor condition, we had to take one that was almost a flat tire.

Good bike rental experience. However, I would like to see PayPal, Gpay, etc, instead of providing a straight credit card unsecured over 5g or public wifi. Also, I noticed that the bike wasn't secure after I ended the rental. I really needed to push with some heavy force to get the bike to lock into the pin. It would be a bummer if something happened if the bike was not secure after thinking it was.
