This is a horrible app. It is incredibly slow, stalls all the time, has an unnecessarily complicated user interface where you have to go look for everything, the information displayed is often wrong or not updated, ... It is unbelievable how a big company like Telefonica can't afford to put some money into a decent app. One year later... And still as bad as a year ago. What improvements have you made? Nothing.

Start screen always 'Empieza ahora', like it is the first time you ever use the app. With 'aceptar términos y condiciones'. No funciona la recarga ni comprar datos. Se puede ver el saldo. Reinstalar tampoco ayuda. Instead of getting better, now it's even worse. Now can't even get to see saldo.

Lame app. Sad. Cant recharge my phone, got stuck in a loop. No english translation. Typical spanish "hitec"
