MSG+ lets fans stream live Knicks, Rangers, Islanders, Devils and Sabres games as well as hundreds of hours of original content. Gain access through a cable provider or purchase directly.

There are two ways fans can access MSG+:
• TVE: MSG+ is available at no additional cost to subscribers of participating cable/video providers who receive MSG Networks as part of their paid subscription. To watch, subscribers must sign in with their provider login and password.
• MSG+ Subscription: MSG+ is also available for those who do not have partnering cable subscriptions, as they can purchase one of the three available offerings (annual subscription, monthly subscription, or on a per-game basis).

Location restrictions:
• Only Knicks, Rangers, Islanders, Devils and Sabres games broadcast on MSG Networks will be available on MSG+. Local blackout restrictions apply.
• League and programming restrictions require MSG+ mobile & tablet users to turn on location services. MSG+ will use location services to determine what content users are eligible to view. MSG+ is only available in the Continental US.

Ratings and reviews

I have to cast to my TV because the stuttering on the Chromecast with Google TV app is so bad it is unwatchable. The casting works fine until it randomly decides to end the stream with an error message saying that the app cannot determine my location. Way too many bugs that are not getting fixed. Update: Nothing has been fixed and probably crashes now more often than when I wrote my original review. I'm not sure what justifies this price.

Charging $30 a month to stream is absurd for an app that is slow, casting to tv is awful, constant crashes and delayed feeds. No option to just have the feed be live, list can go on. Update: App still does not work well, logging out constantly, have to put in TV provider and log in every time it's used, will not work on Pixel Tablet

This app is mediocre at best when it actually works. Lately I try to log into my fios account and I go in cycles of getting a blank screen, and it telling me the cable service doesn't include msg which it absolutely does. Even worse, I attempted to email the address given when you click contact us, and they BLOCKED my email. Very professional... Maybe one day this app won't suck, tired of not being able to watch devils games because of it
