About this app

MSSgateway sets a new standard for Push-to-Talk (PTT) communications in functionality, value, and ease of use. Designed specifically for the Anysecu W2 or Telox M6 Network Radio platforms, the MSSgateway application enables intuitive voice and text communication over both satellite and terrestrial networks using the Viasat PTT service. Some of the differentiating capabilities include:

* Integrated AES-256 encryption over satellite MSS link
* TLS/SSL over terrestrial links (Cell, WiFi) and over non-MSS satellite links

* Continuous scanning of all talk groups simultaneously that you are a member of
* Configurable recording of all received and transmitted voice and text messages for review at any time
* Full duplex communications that allow transmission on one talk group while receiving and storing message on other talk groups
* Selective muting of any talk group to reduce audio chatter while continuing to record all messages for future retrieval

- Implemented secure PLI Communication via TLS MQTT Port 8883 ONLY, no port 1883 support any longer
- Implemented PLI Settings including minimum PLI updates regardless of device motion with 5 minute default updates
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Mute Talkgroup capability and added Help info for it
- Synced up color coding of phonebook view entries with the map view dots
- Local user is now always at the top of phonebook view
