The app offers many features, but the UX isnt up to the mark and several functions feel incomplete. Virtual card management is confusing—Unipon Pay logo appears on Mastercard prepaid cards. FD/DPS encashment is unavailable, and DPS doesn't auto-encash at maturity. The website is often unresponsive, and the dashboard sometimes shows only tagged cards, instead accounts. Beneficiary addition slows down transactions. However, “Brick By Brick” stands out. Overall, the experience is mixed.

In the home page amount is showing wrong. When clicked on the account details, proper amount is shown. How I got there: My account was in negative. I transferred some money from Payoneer. But some amount was deducted as I was in negative. The home screen shows the amount I've transferred not the actual amount after deduction. Hope you fix this soon. Thanks
