The GIIM application is a management application to plan and control all MAINTENANCE, CLEANING and TECHNICAL HYGIENE services. It consists of three interfaces for the access of OPERATORS, MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS and CUSTOMERS.
APP application
• Daily validation of activities, incidents, repetitions, re-planning.
• Weekly planning, deferring and replanning massively. Custom filters.
• Consultation of history, download of technical documentation.
• Assign batches and solutions of products used.
• Generation of incidents and notifications.
• Supervision of periodic and specific activities.
• Multi-user, multi-role and offline work.
Web Application
• Reports of services performed, compliance and incidents.
Desktop Application
• Integrated into the company's ERP, with all data synchronized in real time.
• Configuration of service plans and individual work plans.
• Planning configuration, exceptions, holidays, frequencies, days of the week, filters, schedules, etc ..
