MOBILIS: THE APP THAT KEEPS YOUR VDR ALWAYS AT HAND
MOBILIS is Multipartner’s App designed for VIEWING and SEARCHING the INFORMATION of your interest even on the move. MOBILIS allows immediate and secure access to the VDRs to which you are registered, it informs you on new files uploaded on the platform, allows you to work on documents and to add comments and notes.
Be free to go wherever you want keeping your data under control!
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH MOBILIS?
With MOBILIS you can access all the VDRs to which you are registered to by using your smartphone or tablet.
With the same access credentials verified via the web version of the VDR and the role assigned to you, you can access the documents, automatically synchronized 24/7/365, wherever you are.
MOBILIS allows you to read, download and work on files offline and in areas without network coverage. Files downloaded in MOBILIS are stored until you are logged in. Once you logout, all files will automatically be deleted from MOBILIS.
APP MOBILIS: FEATURES
• IMMEDIATE AND SECURE ACCESS with your ROLE to all the VDRs you are already registered to.
• VIEW the list of all YOUR ACCOUNTS to our VDRs and choose the VDR you want to work on.
• SELECT FILES you want to view OFFLINE.
• ADVANCED SEARCH by name, date, keyword.
• UPLOAD files, photos, videos in the selected folder.
• ADD and SHOW NOTES on files.
• Bulk actions on files of your interest (Keep me Updated, Offline Download)
• Submit, read and manage Q&A.
• DYNAMIC WATERMARK on every file.
• MULTILINGUAL INTERFACE and contents.
