I would love to upgrade, but the upgrade option does nothing. The upgrade finally did work. when downloading the playlist that contains the playlist name, it seems to be too small to display the remaining information in the box. was working perfectly now it just stops seems it only permits 30 item in a Playlist. if your screen locks the app stops working. I sent a email to support and never received a response. I canceled my subscription and will find another product.

I installed and bought the Premium subscription... just to realize it doesn't work. Either the app gets stuck when downloading the playlist, or it finishes but then there is no chance to download the resulting file as the Download button with the Arrow is not available. I tried to contact you guys on the Help section, but there's no contact options, so all I could do is leave this review with the hope you can help me fix this... or at least return the money, otherwise. thanks

Alright a lot to unpack with this app. The Good. - The app works. I've downloaded around 50 songs and they've all downloaded quickly. The Bad. - Track titles don't match songs when downloading via playlist or album with premium. This is a real shame. - Ads, lots of em on the freebie version. - Multiple files of the same track of different sizes and qualities, I can't figure out what is causing this but it'll download multiple mp3s under different albums/LPs with different cover art.
