I've been with PSCU for more than 40 years. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful! They could use a couple more locations in Fort Wayne area,for convenience. I have no plans of leaving PSCU, Jon Cooper

App crashes a lot, sometimes requires several log ins to get into the account. Still more convenient than having to get onto a computer or drive to the ATM to check balances.

App has been down for 4 days now I work long hours and not able to get to my credit union so I depend on the app but there has been no update to when it will be back up and running
