With MyLA311, City of Los Angeles information and services are just a few taps away.

• The 'Create New Service Request’ feature allows you to quickly and easily request the City’s most popular services, including graffiti removal, pothole repair, and bulky-item pickup.

• Search the City Services Directory - a knolwedge base of City services, programs, and general information.
We have recently added user registration.

• Registered accounts can now login and view all their service requests and the current status. This is completely optional. You can still submit service requests and use the app without registering.

• More service request options.

there are multiple problems with this app, including when you use the camera feature to take pictures these never get attached. however, if you separately take pictures with your phone camera and then upload the files it will work. however, I've run into the issue of checking the requests that I have made and the app only shows one request. I've made at least ten reports and they are not showing up so I don't actually know if ant request went through. I get an email after I hit submit.

This new app makes adding photos to requests unnecessarily difficult. Photos must be under 10 MB, but my phone's camera produces large files, and it's not easy to change compression settings on phones (and irritating to do it for single photos). The app itself needs to shrink the file locally on the phone before uploading to LA's servers. The biggest of my many complaints that make this new app less useful and less functional than the old version. Lazy, lazy programming.

This new version is horrible! Not very mobile friendly which dosnet make any sense being that it's an app 😑 getting through each menu is a mission. The old version was by far superior! I made a report 3 weeks ago and nothing yet, and I most definitely will not go through those hurdles again. If the Ciry was looking for less reports... CONGRATULATIONS you've won! 🎉🥳🎉
