The free application gives access to Cellebrite Advanced Services (CAS) and Cellebrite Customer Support. CAS customers have ability to manage your cases from your mobile phone. You will be able to submit unlock requests, and view status updates.
Cellebrite customers can open support cases and search our knowledge base for your mobile forensic questions. For the Law Enforcement community, our Advanced Unlocking capabilities empower forensics practitioners to overcome sophisticated technological barriers, on the latest Apple iOS and Android devices including Alcatel, Google Nexus, HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola, Samsung, and ZTE. Technology moves fast, and Cellebrite’s commitment to world-class research ensures we keep pace with complex, new device locking and encryption methods. Cellebrite Advanced Services -which feature Advanced Unlocking and Advanced Extraction Services – provide law enforcement agencies with sensitive, cutting-edge abilities directly from the Cellebrite Security Research Labs.
