Bihar Sugam Smart Meter is a smart app for pre-paid meter consumers. It allows you to track your electricity consumption in real-time as well as know how much balance is remaining in your meters. This new app lets you recharge your meter from home or on the go using the preferred payment method. The main features of the app include the following:

I had to give one star because without star user can't give the feedback but actually it doesn't deserve a single star when I logged in, I entered the correct consumer number but it still said that the consumer was not found.

Worst experience. I recharged with official website of NBPDCL, I even got the receipt. But i got scammed. The money deducted, payment got successful still it didn't reflect in my smart meter. It's been almost 1.5 months since this incident . I'm complaining almost every week , calling 1912 , even went to the nearby office , but still the same. Didn't get my refund, they don't know how to manage these things but forcefully installed smart meter in every house. Worst app, worst customer service .

Asking for update on opening the app but update is not available on play store. I even reinstalled the app but still it's asking for update.... #sastadeveloper😆
