Ratings and reviews

App freezes constantly now, not usable. Delete and reinstall temporarily fixes it. Tech support was 0 help. For something that costs this much, this shouldn't be an issue I have to deal with. Update: May 2025, they put a new sub woofer out... and app is still broken even after the update, this is insulting.

many reviews are factual ... there were a few bugs. once the latest update 3.8 firmware, full re-pair of the app its flawless. on/off, mode controls, sub levels, treble, etc. last issue is if you have a dual 8, plus 12 setup you lose the sub level adjustments. you can see it when the app loads then it just disappears. s25 ultra... problem maybe?

I wish you could add "Favorite" buttons to the app. One for Music, another one for Movie, for example.
