Through the T10 Robot Vacuum & Mop APP, users can remotely control and unlock advanced functions for the robot.
Remote Control
Check the robot status at anytime from anywhere; remotely control robot to begin task; view robot cleaning path and cleaning information in real time.
Planned Cleaning
Users can choose which rooms to clean, number of cleaning times, mop moisture level and other options; design exclusive cleaning plans for different scenarios.
No-go Zones Management
Users can set no-go zones in APP for both vacuuming and mopping; the robot will automatically avoid these areas when cleaning.

Great hardware. Absolutely hobbled by a garbage app interface. Where do I start. Mapping sucks. Can't hardly divide map up into usable rooms. The cleaning record is time stamped with the time in China! No way to change the timezone. Not enough room labels. Nearly all my rooms are labeled "other1", "other2", etc. I guess, "dining room" was outside their imagination. Too much to list. Worst of all, THEY'VE ABANDON THIS APP! New robot comes with new app. So don't expect it to get any better. Ever!!

Vacuum is amazing, but the app has some kinks to be sorted out still. Currently while the Narwal is vacuuming, I cannot see the map. Also while trying to schedule out its cleanings it "times out" and then I have like 9 schedules that I have to delete because I pressed save 10 times. I would also like to set custom names for rooms and be able to reshape the map and create my own boundaries for the mopping functions. If these things could be fixed that would definitely make my review 5 stars.

The app is pretty bad. Just a short list from my one attempt: not all timezones available (some states don't do DST), poor localization, had a lot of trouble getting it to connect to wifi (the secret was to turn off mobile data and manually change networks at just the right times), and arbitrary error codes without much info. We shall see how it does tomorrow after the device finishes charging.
