Looks like it could be The Best app but it seems i'm unable to put in The Host url

To everyone saying this app doesn't work, please note the following in the app's description in the play store: " We are not offering any kind of IPTV services like IPTV subscriptions, streams. With a provider it works

Can't even use the app. I can't put in any server address, check settings or anything. It simply asks for a user and password, but no settings.
