UPDATE: I truly do appreciate this app, since it hadn't failed me with my previous transactions EXCEPT AS OF LATE (past 3 transactions). Why in the world is the OTP delayed for at least 30 minutes? When its validity is in 5 minutes? I receive normal messages from people, and my network provider instantly but not the OTP FROM YOUR APP? I have to stay in the branch for at least 45 minutes to finish a transaction with this app. PLEASE FIX THIS. It seems this has been a problem lately.

I would like to suggest that the developer of the app would adjust/modify settings to fit windows or any mobile brands/model to enable to view the welcoming page. On my mobile, the OK button on the welcoming page cannot be seen no matter how i zoom out/in and adjust screen size. The OK button is located at the very bottom of the welcoming page. Therefore i cannot enter the main page. Please do the necessary as it is very inconvenient to visit the branch several times in a month.

I CAN'T REGISTER. Contacted support, no response. It says check my internet connection, I AM USING MY WIFI WITH FULL SPEED. I ALSO USED MY NEWLY LOADED DATA WITH 5G BUT STILL COULDN'T. Clearly, it is NOT my connection. IT IS YOUR SERVER. I tried to register because I badly needed to. I couldn't go to any vranch BECAUSE I AM ADVISED FOR 3-6 MONTHS BEDREST AFTER MY SURGERY AND THERE'S NO ONE I CAN RELY ONTO. I NEED IT NOW. DO SOMETHING. THING IS SO ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING.
