I was locked out of my account and I don't know why. I deposited a check via their camera setting on the app, went to check balance and only half of my check was on there. Was told the rest would be on later and when I tried to sign back in the next day my account says it can't verify me. Tried multiple of times to put in verification codes sent for resetting, and it will either say it's not the verification code or the prompt will pop up with another number that's not mine.

I think I'm going to Uninstall this app. I've been looked out of it for the 3rd time. All my log in info is the same on the app as it is on web page for online banking, yet the app says it can't verify my info, the same info I've successfully logged into app with every other time I've used it. Also in the past while trying to reset password/ user name , it was asking security questions I didn't pick so wouldn't accept answers even though they would have been correct. It's all quite infuriatin

Very easy to understand and use. Can transfer your own money in seconds and see all accounts on one page. I love it.
