Great financial app, very easy to use, no transaction fees including international transactions, no forex exchange with real visa exchange rates. Very convenient OTP system at email and phone. Convenient domestic as well as international free ATM withdrawals. For security, card and it's features can be frozen within the app. Bonus is that the debit card comes with one extra set of card which can be activated in emergency 👍

The support isn't good. There has been couple of cases and one of them got resolved in more than a week. While the second is still open. Support isn't aware about issues and mostly is out of knowledge about steps to take to resolve the issue. Transfered funds through IMPS and the money debited from account but never credited to Niyo card, I was stranded at London airport and had to use my credit card paying extra charges.

The niyo visa card and the app was really helpful for me as an international student in Canada. I payed my visa fees through the app, there is no extra exchange charge! Now, even the international transfer is made possible. As it is a travel card , it helped me for transactions in airports and payments over here, its accepted everywhere. The app notifies us with the statements, balances, transactions all the time, hence its very convienient and i recommend this for every one who wish to travel.
