their system forever remembers passwords. it's my prerogative to reuse one, but a security risk for them to have a giant collection in a database

navigation is easy access is easy, finding the option(s) I need is easy.

The app is easy to use. I can pay bills and transfer money easily. - 1* I would like to rename my accounts (so I could ID the Kids accounts from each other easily.) I also wish they were more in tune with Plaid so I could use Venmo. I got it figured out eventually.. but not easy.
