As much as there are added features, sure, it's nice. However, it's actually confusing to navigate and actually pretty frustrating to have as an app. The old one was better and easier to use, so I don't get why we switched. im not really a fan of this.... I hate how if I have refunds I can't access them easily like I could in the older one...

this app has made online banking more difficult and frustrating than ever before. inconvenient drop down menus and my savings account seems to not be there or be inaccessible. Long wait times for assistance. Do better.

used to love this app but now it's messy looking and harder to use since the update. Edit: Also it seems other people were having problems with the pending transactions and I had the worst problems with depositing cash and getting overdraft when it first updated. Wish they would just go back to the old app.
