After the new update the themed icon is not working anymore, quite disappointed about it. The new theme looks very good tho! The themed icons is a feature backed into android for the app icon to change color according to your set wallpaper. The previous version of the app had it, now it's gone.

Since a while now the app doesn't recognise some of my shipments. While I get email and sms notifications from the post, these shipments do not automatically appear in the app. When I add the shipments manually, options for managing them (eg extend collection period) do not appear. I have called the Swiss post Hotline a few weeks ago and described the problem but no feedback nor resolution so far. I have tried logging in and out, cleaning the data and the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling..

Thank you very much for your feedback. It’s possible that the login is no longer working correctly. Please log out – go to Home – click the blue dot in the top right to log out. After about 20 seconds, log back in. In principle, the issue has been correctly assigned to customer service, and you should receive an update through this channel shortly.

Notification settings only have "newsletter" and "my consignment" to turn on/off. The overview has at least 30min to update (if it ever does) that the parcel HAS arrived. And the App has surprisingly slow loading times. At least this way my email inbox doesn't get filled by Post delivery updates... It's still the Swiss Postal Service, so it has to suck at least a little.🤷🏽‍♂️

Thank you for your feedback. Which additional notification settings would you like? With regard to consignment information, several independent systems in succession are in use which react with a time delay. Depending on the time slot, there may be longer transfer windows.
