This app is a self-service application (portal) that provides the customer with information about the utility and the portal, the means for customers to gain access to the portal (through registration or login) and to access a variety of useful processes and functionalities without logging in, such as making guest payments or viewing additional information and include :
Homepage, User Management, Guest Payments, FAQs, Customer Dashboard “My Account”, Make a Payment, Usage Widget, Program Enrollments, Billing & Payment History, Payment Methods, Profile & Accounts, Contact Us (Service Requests), Notification & Preferences,
Outage Notification, Analytics.

Never works when needed. NTUA do better! Find a better system to pay. So frustrating. For a few days now on my break or lunch I have been trying to use this app. I have to Uninstall and reinstall quite often since this has launched. How do you expect a reservation with limited cell services or internet connections use an app that is faulty, not everyone is able to drop everything and go in person to pay. Not to mention trying to call in a payment. Overall this is frustrating.

I installed the app it shows on my screen. I press the icon and it displays as not installed. I go back and press an option out of three and finally opens the app. Whew. Pls fix something.

The app isn't actually installed, it will show. Once you press the NTUA icon, it will say "app not installed". Therefore, it is non functional and unavailable to use for it's intended purpose.
