The treatment videos are disappearing from the app. Every morning when I open the app I see less and less. I'm down to only 3 videos... I have the mini+ for reference... sad that I have very few options now. I thought maybe it was a glitch and uninstalled and re-installed the app. No change. Disappointed... For anyone about to buy a nuface device they may be phasing out the mini+... FYI

All this app does is freeze and crash. Literally cannot get through one single treatment without it freezing. every time I open "routines" the whole app crashes. I used to use this a year ago and it was awesome. My Nuface broke, so I got a new one and decided to try the app again. Completely unusable. What is the point of having a Bluetooth enabled device if it doesn't work with an app? Worst app on my phone. Hoping they will fix all these glitches, so I haven't uninstalled it yet.... but soon..

Device can be inconsistent in pairing, and the beep is not always audible. Used for approximately a year and I'll continue because it's too expensive not to use. Update as of 10.01.25, there is only one treatment available to use with the Mini+.Treatments I've used several times are no longer available. The Five Minute Facial, Advanced 15 Minute Facial Lift, Pro Toning, Ulta Sculpted Facial and the only one left is the Skin Tightening. It appears there will be either no treatments or no app soon
