I couldn't wait to set up the air purifier, after the first week, i moved the unit to another room and when i tried to control it from my phone, the system froze and would not respond. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now your system won't responded! The unit keeps shutting off. I have tried emailing and calling nuwave with NO luck!! I asked about returning the unit, NO RESPONSE!

This app is frustrating. It was working but now will no longer even open. Absolutely ridiculous for an expensive air purifier! I have uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone and tried what I could to get it to work but nothing. Sent an email to Nuwave but it sounds like mine is not a unique experience. Very disappointed. I'd give it negative stars.

I can no longer use my Bluetooth on my phone to adjust My nuwave. After one week, it stopped working and the app crashed. And it's saying that there is a bug in the app. Waiting for an update. I just paid all this money because of How easy they said it is to use to adjust your settings without having to get up. It's telling me new wave app has A bug, and it's waiting for. Someone to do an update to fix this problem period
