Great App. But consider adding 2 crucial features. 1. Payment of bills options via the app. 2. Customer care (Instant chat or add contacts) Looking forward to seeing these changes very soon. For now I have to walk to the bank yet...😫

Great app. However. There should be provision for on boarding with ease. People renting should be able to use the app without a hustle linking to the email since they shift from place to place and would very much use this app.

Dear Dedan thank you for the feedback. We have provision for they where one is able to change the account once you leave the premise by General feedback and the account can get change upon request.we have also availed an option of checking multiple users using statement, bill prediction, E-bills and checking payment status. I have liked it however you need to update the outstanding balances in real time e.g today my meter was read but the App shows June balance yet if i wanted to pay and looked at the App balance , i would be mislead to pay less. Secondly it should show the Telephone numbers of all offices and there locations in the country Thirdly advice clients on water saving tips and payment methods available Fourthly rewards and benefits to people who report water thieves and impersonaters

Dear Mutyaba thank you for your feedback on the issue of issued bills reflecting real time on the app or at the bank that is being worked upon but shall handle that and revert once it is agreed once again but those bills reflect in 24. To 4r8 hours are other processes are completed.The issue of phone numbers and the other issues have been noted.SB
