Good app overall, but constantly logging you out every time you switch screens is infuriating. It’s not risk-based, not any more secure, and definitely not user-friendly. The OWASP and NIST standards bodies both recommend reasonable inactivity timeouts, not instant logouts for multitasking. This isn’t how secure apps behave, and it doesn’t reflect well on an otherwise excellent bank experience.

I consider myself tech savvy, but this app feels awkward and out of date. So much so, that it has prevented me from doing more business with the bank. Which is unfortunate, because I am very satisfied with my in person interactions with the staff. Hopefully, they will update and bring it up to par with other banking platforms.
