The Posey County Sheriff’s Office mobile application is an interactive app developed to help improve communication with Posey County residents. The Posey County Sheriff’s Office App allows residents to connect with the Posey Sheriff’s Office by reporting crimes, submitting tips, and other interactive features, as well as providing the community the latest public safety news and information.

The app is another public outreach effort developed by the Posey Sheriff’s Office to improve communication with county residents and visitors.

This app is not intended to be used to report emergency situations. Please call 911 in case of an emergency.

Most pointless app I've downloaded almost. Why have it if your not going to keep it even remotely up to date. Today 3/26 last recent booking 3/10 no way! Inmates aren't updated. There is just no reason to download if they font care to keep up with it at all. Layout is outdated, kinda slower. Just nah, prolly should try again .

Laid out well. I do not understand why location is needed. Does not update often. Currently over 1 month out with no update. Appears that site receives minimal attention from site manager.

1. The app wants your location data turned on for tracking. 2. The app asks for permission to view your photos. To big brother for me.
