Ratings and reviews

Worthless app. Can't transfer funds with it, can't wire funds with it, can't do anything more than check balances. Can only check balances after receiving a code via email, which often still does not arrive within the allotted time frame, and which still is necessary even if you express preferences to be identified via other means. No point in eating up phone or tablet memory for this.

Very mid app. OTP system needs serious improvement as it's only visible in notifications and not the app. My friends said "Butterfield has the best app" and I laughed out loud

App feels like it should be from the 90s, super dated, unintuitive, and generally slow. No support for biometrics on android.
