The app is cool in theory when it's working. It's an absolute nuisance. I can't believe such a large company has such a poor app. God forbid you forget your password. It won't connect to Facebook. The reset page is linked to malware. Try again then the reset page is invalid pair this needs to be fixed so people can actually use it when they get new devices

I lost about 70 reward points because I had to re-sign up for the app. It did not recognize my sign in and it would not reset my password. It's very frustrating to spend money and lose the associated reward points because the app has some weird glitch.

Excellent ice cream with lots of gluten-free options! App is easy to use! I'm just afraid of accumulating more points/pounds than everyone else. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
